We have been married since 2006, and best friends since we were teenagers. We live with our children in Thailand, where we love the slower-paced life, and incredible beauty around us. We have been on quite a wild journey of healing ourselves, and it is our immense honor to help you learn how to listen to the wisdom of your body as you find your way back to yourself.
